I have a well-established business under a popular name that people like. May I keep my name?
Well, the franchise itself permits you to use the same methods in all units in its services, appearance, and other specifications. However, you can keep elements from your existing business. For example, the business name. The full business name of the franchise is ”Sunshine Green Enzyme Detailing” as it appears on the official logo. The shortened name is Enzyme Detailing. Enzyme Detailing name is mandatory. The appearance of the logo and the Enzyme Detailing is brand specific and are mandatory face elements. The “Sunshine Green” above the picture of the logo can be replaced with one or two words with the same font and color based on the prospective franchisee’s application. In their application, the franchisee needs to provide an explanation of why they want to apply the change (like history and business specifications). There is a one-off $1,300 application fee to be paid upon acceptation of the application For example, James Jones has operated a successful car wash and detailing business under the name of “Jimmy’s Carwash” for 20 years. He has many customers who like his business. He's probably allowed to keep that and continue the business as our franchisee under the name “Jimmy’s Enzyme Detailing” or “Jimmy’s Carwash Enzyme Detailing” . He may be permitted to use the modified mark on the signage and on all marketing elements.
I am already part of a franchise network based on a product line, but I like the idea of getting the right to clean and detail vehicles with Ensynox. May I purchase the business?
Yes. If your existing franchise agreement allows you to join our franchise, then there is no conflict from our side. Of course, we will also do an analysis about possible cooperation and we may accept or reject the dual franchise. Usually there won't be a conflict if you are part of a franchise and part of our franchise at the same time, because we are not in competition with any other business or product line. The Ensynox enzyme may be an addition to the cleaning materials without changing its cleaning effects. It works well together with other materials, and may bring additional customers. This will be good for the first-time franchisor.
Do I need to buy software and send reports to you?
Our franchisee does not require any software purchase or any CRM system in order to be our partner and run a Sunshine Green Enzyme Detailing business. You can use the same CRM system what you have.
What percentage is the monthly royalty fee?
We are not interested in knowing what income you produce as our franchisee, so we do not follow your sales. Therefore there is no month-by-month royalty fee to be paid, based on your sales revenue. Besides the low one-off initial franchise fee, you are required to pay a low standard amount in every month ($250 flat fee) as a royalty based on the Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD) and you can generate the income just for yourself.
You purchase Ensynox enzyme from us in four different formulas. If you have trusted brand and you do not want to replace it, you can keep your cleaning material. One of Ensynox formulas that you purchase from us for neutralization of other cleaning agents. You simple dilute small volume of Ensynox to the cleaning agent that you use inside of the car based on the instructions. Then you can continue to purchase your cleaning materials from your existing suppliers. However we trust in quality and professionalism therefore we strongly recommend our professional partner Detail King who has all the necessary cleaning supplies and equipment you need.
Am I required to purchase cleaning materials from you?
Is it safe to dilute Ensynox with other cleaning agents?
Yes. When you dilute Ensynox with another cleaning agent, the enzyme reacts to the chemical material and neutralize its toxins through its antitoxification effect. The cleaning ability of the material remain the same. However original antibacterial effect of Ensynox will improve the cleaning material's cleaning ability.
Enzyme Detailing is not a Cookie-Cutter Franchise where all the service menu and price list has to be the same in all locations.
The service and price list can be vary and different in each location because all of the locations have the specialty, circle of customers, economic demography. If franchisee already have established clientele, service menu and price list it is her/his privilege to decide what she/he offer to her/his customer in service and price.
Am I required to provide the same service and price list as other franchise units?
Do you have start-up packages when I want to open new business?
Yes we have. In our Franchise Operation Manual we specify start-up kits in cleaning supplies and equipment provided by Detail King.
The kits may be personalized upon your request and recommendation of Detail King. We recommend to get contact to Detail King to finalize your kit .
